specializing in upscale children’s clothing for the discerning client. We sell online through our website
and social media channels and have strong relationships with influencers across the US. We operate
executive and fulfillment facilities in the Dallas Design District.

Position Summary:
Smocked Auctions is currently seeking an experienced Social Media Manager in our Dallas, TX office.
This position is in house. The desired individual has at least two years of social media management
experience and can take our platform to the next level. Devising a comprehensive strategy using the
latest marketing tools and metrics is key. This candidate needs to excel working in a fast-paced, team
environment and is accustomed to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. The candidate will work
intimately with our marketing team to interface with customers, influencers, and outside stakeholders
via our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement social media content strategy to engage and expand audience, increase
  traffic, and boost conversions and sales.
• Develop and cultivate a brand identity, awareness and online reputation campaign
• Analyze data across various platforms to better execute overall marketing goals
• Create and publish content to a variety of platforms
• Identify trends using social media, analytics, customer interactions and similar brands
• Effectively utilize and coordinate with our social media agency partner
• Plan and develop campaigns to increase community feel through social media, influencer
  relationships and blog opportunities

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in content creation using Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or Photoshop
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and self-manage deadline expectations
• Proficiency in MS Office software applications and/or google sheets/docs
• Demonstrate high level of professional demeanor, integrity, and ethics
• Strong personal and professional proficiencies in all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• E-commerce experience preferred
• Social Media experience required
• Graphic Design experience required
