Job Responsibilities:
Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
Expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints)

Some of the Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED required
Previous cash handling experience is preferred
Minimum 3-year experience in retail, financial or service industry
Must be able to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends
