Job Description
A boutique law practice focused on transactional matters for creative entrepreneurs is seeking a Trademark Paralegal.
They file a lot of trademarks and need an experienced trademark paralegal to manage docket of deadlines and responses, including filing basic office action responses, extensions, and statements of use.
In addition, they work with a lot of business contracts, including service agreements, contractor agreements, operating agreements, and other contracts for creative entrepreneurs. Projects include reviewing and redlining contracts and drafting custom contracts for clients.
This position will include about 5 hours of work per week. Hourly pay will be based on experience.
