The GM/Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Director and Plaza Director of Operations in operating assigned brands, units, and/or concepts.
We are looking for a results driven developer of talent who wants to grow quickly in their career! The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and lead teams effectively with a positive spirit. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in high volume food and beverage operations with large teams (40 or more), QSR concepts and/or drive thru experience .
Leadership responsibilities will include supervising assistant managers, supervisors and hourly associates in our Starbucks store or other brands, depending on experince and skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ experience and repeat visits
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- High standards for food safety and quality assurance
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and profitbality
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise, with urgency and decisiveness
- Be a shining example of high performance
- Additional manager duties as needed
- Proactively recruting and hiring at all times
- Planning and executing 100% of brand standards training for every associate from day 1

- Proven successful experience as a retail manager in a high volume location

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
