Benefits and Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay: $19-23/hour starting wage
• Additional Compensation: Tips, Commission, Bonus

Requirements:

• Exceptional ability to effectively communicate with a variety of personalities. Individuals must have positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
• A self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment; team player
• 2 to 4-year college degree is highly preferred and/or one or more certifications through NSCA, ACSM, NASM, etc.
• Passion for health/wellness & fitness with 1-3 years of experience in client-facing fitness or nutrition roles
• Experience in sales/marketing with an emphasis in corporate wellness/corporate direct sales
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience driving large vehicles is preferred but no CDL is required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct DEXA body composition analysis tests, VO2 Max fitness tests, Resting Metabolic Rate tests, and DNA swab tests
• Provide a direct review of results of Dexa Body’s various testing modalities to individual clients. Deliver insightful health and wellness information tailored to each customer's individual results, demographics, and goals
• Answer client questions about their test results and related subjects or refer them to an appropriate team member
• Manage the deployment of the Dexa Body Mobile Testing Unit to customer locations
• Assist in resolving vehicle and Dexa Body system-related issues as they arise
• Execute and improve upon operating procedures for excellent service delivery and great customer experience
• Setup event site, including preparing the interior of the Dexa Body Mobile Testing Unit so it is clean, organized, and comfortable and assisting with the setup of the general area provided for testing purposes
• Pursue sales and marketing opportunities to generate new business and contribute to the growth of Dexa Body
• Engage and establish close professional relationships with corporations, corporate HR/benefits managers, business owners, and general managers at customer locations, including gyms, companies, & corporations including sales and marketing to book the mobile unit for events
• Operate Square POS system for payments on testing and products sold at our storefront
• Ensure that the mobile unit and storefront remain clean and organized at all times by performing routine cleaning duties

Job Hours:

This position will start out at a minimum of 20-24 hours per week with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the opportunity arises. All individuals will be reporting directly to the site manager, occasionally the company's President and management team, as well as interface with existing Dexa Body employees.

Set Office Hours-

Monday: 8am to 4pm

Friday: 8am to 4pm

Saturday: 7:30am to 3:30pm

Mobile Availability:

Potential Flexibility to work on Tuesday-Thursday for mobile events

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
