Have a core team, build relationships. Work overtime during peaks, but not otherwise.
Job description :
Manage a Corporate Accounting team responsible for Taxes, Tax Reporting and adjustments to the Corporate books.
Team is responsible for the preparation of corporate tax adjustments, adjusting corporate books to tax return.
Update Trial balances, support quarterly financial statement close process.
Support tax auditors, put tax related information into spreadsheets to provide to auditors.
Perform gain/loss calculations regarding the sale of businesses. Analyze data in Excel info and perform calculations. Valuation allowances are performed each quarter. Analyst the financials of different businesses.
