We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Functions dedicated HR team. This person will support HR Partners by owning critical onboarding HR functions; including, but not limited to facilitating the New Hire Orientation process, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of onboarding new hires successfully, and partnering with all levels of associates from across the business with day-to-day HR based inquiries. This role has autonomy, project management and opportunities to broaden the scope with time.
Role Purpose:
Provide personal secretarial services and administrative assistance while exercising initiative and judgment on a regular basis. Work independently under general direction of the General Manager, providing administrative and clerical support including records management, billing, payroll, personnel records, etc. Provide advanced administrative support for senior management as well as courteous, responsive and accurate information to associates.
