Job Description

We are looking for a bookkeeper on an ongoing basis to support a family office with a focus on real estate investment and hospitality management. The role will also include executive assistant tasks as needed, such as managing personal and business registrations and accounts, booking travel, and following up with vendors.

We anticipate needing 15-20 hours per week of work across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
  • setting up and managing QuickBooks Online accounts for each entity
  • entry & tagging of all transactions in QBO
  • account reconciliation
  • cash flow management
  • managing month close for each entity
  • coordinating with CPA on tax prep needs
  • executive assistant tasks as needed
