Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for humble, hungry, and articulate people with high learning agility. If you love solving puzzles, learning about people, and are one of the most charismatic or conversational people in the room, then apply. Customer Success Specialists develop genuine relationships with clients, understand customer needs, and work strategically to meet those needs. We’re looking for people with something to prove, and the drive to provide a personalized experience for each client that comes our way.
What you’ll do:
- Assist businesses all around the country with software and payroll inquiries. (We get to talk with some really cool people).
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide a positive client experience through phone call, email, text, and chat.
- Help clients complete projects to make their lives easier.
- Build strong client relationships.
What you need to get the job done: (minimum qualifications)
- Proficient typing and 10 key speed.
- Customer Service / Client facing background.
- Strong communication skills / Eloquent writing skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of software and web based applications.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
