Prodigy is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for our busy client in Groveport, OH. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating a Reach or Dockstocker forklift, to move materials in a safe manner through out the warehouse. You will also need to load and unload trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles using an RF Scanner
• Accurately and effectively select customer orders to be prepared for shipping using a forklift
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Bending and lifting up to 40 lbs repetitively
• Some general labour and inventory work will be involved
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Complete daily inspection of equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Reach or Dock Stocker experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and be seeking long term employment

Hourly wage: $18.00 - $21.00/ hour

Shift: Day, Afternoon or Night
