General Manager

CWF Restoration is a family owned business offering premier water and fire damage restoration services. Based in Elmhurst, Illinois, with branches in Dallas and Houston, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service in their time of need. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to join our team.

As General Manager, you will report directly to the ownership team and will be responsible for overseeing operations across all branches. Your role will primarily focus on establishing systems and procedures to maintain our high production standards, ensuring accountability among key personnel, and training middle management in effective communication and delegation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational systems and procedures to ensure production standards are consistently met
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, holding key personnel accountable for their areas of responsibility
  • Coach and train middle management on effective communication, delegation, and team management strategies
  • Act as a liaison between ownership and staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for ownership regarding operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Respond promptly and effectively to crises, including inclement weather events, and be willing to work extended hours when needed
  • Travel to remote branches in Dallas and Houston as required, to ensure consistency in operations and service quality

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the restoration industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and implement efficient operational systems
  • Ability to hold personnel accountable and effectively delegate tasks
  • Willingness to work extra hours during weather events and travel to remote branches
  • A passion for excellence and a commitment to maintaining high standards
