POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer

Job: full-time, intermediate to mid-level
Salary: $60,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate and work alongside the Design team on generating on-brand and effective graphic assets for apparel and acessories.
  • Assist in organization, accessibility, and preservation of the digital asset archive.
  • Create eye-catching and innovative streetwear graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop concepts and translate them into compelling visual artwork.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in streetwear graphic design to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
  • Adapt designs to different apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, shorts, and accessories.
  • Collaborate closely with our product development team to ensure seamless integration of graphics into the manufacturing process.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to the overall graphic design direction of our brand.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • **Must have streetwear graphic design experience**
  • Associate’s degree or related work experience in Graphic Design (3+ years)
  • Proven experience as a streetwear clothing graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your talent and creativity.
  • Experience and understanding of graphic design, printing with various techniques, and sizing / color seperation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop + Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of the streetwear fashion industry, including current trends, styles, and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs, with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Must be able to complete challenging deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working to a high standard.
  • Strong self-motivator, able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Portfolio to support experience (must be included with application).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
