What you'll be doing

The Groundskeeper maintains the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the 11Residential community.

• Completes assigned minor/routine service requests as requested by Property Managers or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Prepare vacant apartments prior to start of make-ready process.
• Maintain grounds equipment in safe operating condition.
• May operate hedger, trimmer, clipper, hand and power spray equipment and blower, sod cutter.
• May operate various small hand and power tools and other grounds maintenance equipment.
• Clean and pressure wash all areas of the property.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic landscaping and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.

Benefits and Total Compensation:

The compensation range for on-site Woodland, CA applicants is ($) 19.00 hourly.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Abilities and Other Requirements:

In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and to move about the various work environments to train, monitor and ensure compliance with all company requirements. The employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees, co-workers and customers in person and by phone. The employee must also be able to travel to various worksites if needed. Overnight travel may be required on occasion.
