We are seeking an HR Associate to help support our growing Miami team. The HR Associate is responsible for providing human resource, recruiting, and organizational support to achieve overall staffing needs and employee retention goals. The position assists with formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role will report to the HR Manager and is a full-time position, located in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting talent by posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews
  • Onboarding and providing orientation for new hires
  • Monitoring training progress via training records and assessment tests to ensure employee job competency
  • Improving and motivating employee engagement
  • Assisting with employee questions regarding policies and benefits
  • Assisting with health insurance enrollment
  • Assisting with reviewing monthly invoices relating to benefits (ie: health insurance, company phone plan, etc.)
  • Assisting with auditing time sheets
  • Administering staff training
  • Providing office support (office supplies, mail distribution, coordination of resolving facility issues, etc.)
  • Participating in various projects and assisting with research

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in human resource (including recruiting)
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time Management - ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast pace environment
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong general computer skills with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to quickly learn various programs and computer applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
