We pay our HVAC Installers / Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $18 - $23/hour, with performance-based bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to help obtain certifications as needed
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Having 5 years of prior heating and cooling experience is preferred, but not required.
