Job Details

- Own inbound receiving from suppliers to warehouses or system integrators, relocation of parts across sites / regions, and outbound shipment of parts to system integrators within service level agreement (SLA)
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve tactical challenges
- Own and improve KPIs: shipment delivery to goods-received state within 48 hours, decomission execution lead time...etc
- Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documents with external teams (suppliers and system integrators), and drive them to follow the SOW and SOP in daily operations
- Gather areas for improvement, then work with the PM team on process improvement / ops efficiency improvment projects
- Own collecting inputs related to asset operations during Monthly Operations Review (MOR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with external parties
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related field
- 3+ years in Infra Data Center Operations, Data Center Logistics, or supply chain related function teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to execute against tight timeline and deliver results
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations
- Ability to influence and motivate others
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of team lead experience in Data Center Operations, Data Center Logistics, or supply chain related function teams
- Experience with L11 rack integration process and Bill of Materials concepts
- Experience with other Supply Chain domains such as planning, sourcing, supplier management, procure to pay, quality, etc.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural/regional environment
