One of the best parts about this role is that you will have a lot of autonomy, to dive in and help our customers troubleshoot and solve problems, overseeing security procedures to our clients. You will also be working with a very supportive team as well. You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist and/or lead training process for new and existing employees as designated by management.
Oversee and delegate work for major projects as assigned by management including but not limited to developing presentations for Enterprise clients.
Provide mentorship to other IT services team members on technologies and process, as well as customer service and communication skills.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal and team working skills to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, Customer Success, and Service Assurance departments for the proactive management of client implementation.
Working in collaboration with other IT service engineers on complicated multi -functional projects.
Treat the customer's success as your own success, owning problems and solutions to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Demonstrate master level ability to implement and manage IT service products and platforms from networking, server, storage, firewall, next generation inspection, cloud, and DR. Teach other members of the IT Service Delivery team advanced skills in these areas.
Provide consulting services to potential and existing customers regarding technical solutions with an emphasis on Networking, Security, Virtualization, Cloud solutions, and DR.
Work with the Implementation Project Manager to develop an implementation and project plan for larger scale sales opportunities to include timelines on deliverables, SOW, required resources, and clearly defined customer and vendor responsibilities to be presented in a customer facing document.
Develop and cultivate relationships with customers during the service delivery process, becoming a trusted consultant and adviser to each IT services customer.
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and teams in a position to understand service requirements.
Work with Sales Support and Business Analysis to perform cost analysis on Network, Security, and Cloud solutions to show tangible cost benefit to customers.
Create technical Visio diagrams and documentation outlining the customer's network and infrastructure and the services deployed by us.
Develop and maintain knowledge articles relating the customer's environment and provide training and hand off as needed for steady state support.
Act as a resource for the Project Manager and operations teams to ensure there is clear understanding regarding the project plan.
Develop staff by providing periodic technical information and training with a focus on Networking, Security, Virtualization, Cloud solutions, and Mobile Device Management.
Respond and manage internal security incidents as reported to the Security Operations Center
