Job Description

We are currently looking to for an Order Entry Clerk who will be in charge of receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Upon receiving orders, an order entry clerk is responsible for entering customer information such as names, billing details, address, and order specifications.
Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and be comfortable using computers and learning new software programs. This can be a fast-paced position that will require multi-tasking. On the job training is provided to learn our client's software. Optimal candidate will be reliable, timely and works well in a team setting and individually. Must be able to enter a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy.
Skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and exchange information clearly with others.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred.
  • Computer literacy, and Microsoft Office experience. Must be comfortable working with Excel.
  • Ability to adhere to methods and procedures, team spirit, sound judgment, thoroughness, and ability to communicate accurate information (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Typing: 55 to 75 words per minute.
  • 10 Key proficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
