Job Description
Ōura is an award-winning and fast-growing startup that helps people make health a daily habit by using the Ōura Ring and connected app. By providing daily feedback and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles, we’ve helped over one million people improve their sleep, understand their bodies, and transform their health. We’re on a mission to empower every person to own their inner potential, and we’re seeking candidates who want to impact our journey.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we work to promote work-life balance and ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
This critical role will be responsible for creative strategy and product marketing efforts (messaging, positioning + go-to-market) for a number of products and features in our line-up. You're a proactive thinker, doer and creator who thrives in combining culture, creativity and data to help inspire cross-functional teams to cut through the noise and develop fresh concepts that move business results. A compelling storyteller and strategist, you will craft compelling product marketing messages that are built out of core human truths and resonate with our audience. This role is perfect for someone with 4+ years of agency brand planning / strategy experience who wants to move in-house to become a tech product marketer.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director / Head of Product Marketing.
This is a remote role but the candidate must be based in the United States. We work closely with our product partners in Finland, so an East Coast time zone would be preferable!
Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions to communicate Oura’s key differentiation in the marketplace through creating simple and compelling messages.
Act as campaign lead for a number of marketing initiatives, and work cross-functionally with partners across Lifecycle, Creative, Social, PR, Growth and more to ensure we’re telling consistent stories across channels.
Use audience and data-driven insights to drive strategies and decisions that lead to world-class creative and customer experiences.
Become an expert in our product features / user experience and a “go-to” resource for the rest of the marketing team.
Partner with the Growth team to test new messaging and understand what are the most compelling stories that drive interest and engagement in Oura
Identify key customer journeys and appropriate messaging across our comms channels, in partnership with stakeholders including ecommerce, membership, customer support and customer insights.
Help craft our web content strategy to ensure our web content and experience is meeting the needs of our customers, both current and future members.
