Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying Quality and Compliance Policy to satisfy the Project organization
• Developing and deploying the Management System for delivering the Quality and Compliance objectives of the project. Using the Worley Management System as a backbone/source.
• Developing Project Quality and Compliance KPIs and ensuring means for collection, analysis and reporting of performance against the KPIs.
• Supporting the Project Directorate in matters related to Quality and Compliance.
• Align with HSE Director regarding HSE management (e.g. common systems)
• Directing and ensuring effective management of the Project Assurance team and activities.
• Liaising with the Worley UNCE Energy Assurance Leadership in matters related to Quality and Compliance. - Reporting Assurance performance to the Project Directorate and Worley UNCE Energy Assurance Leadership.
• Engaging with contractors and other interested parties’ leadership for purposes of Quality and Compliance.
• Ensuring the development and implementation of Quality and Compliance forum across the project. - Ensuring the development of a continuous improvement methodology to run throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Developing and implementing quality and compliance event system aligned with the Worley Assurance System.
• Developing and implementing operational assessment/audit program for the project.
• Developing and implementing a means of management review program to run throughout the life of the project.
