Job description:
One of our governmnet Clients is seeking a Project Manager on an Urgent basis with expertise in implementing strategic initiatives, project management, stakeholder engagement, grant administration, and federal and state-level education policy.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Contractor shall provide one project manager who meets the following criteria:
1 The project manager shall have two or more years of professional experience managing federal grants and supporting operational and strategic planning.
2 The project manager shall be proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Project manager shall have theskills needed to track and analyze large quantitative and qualitative data sets.
3 The project manager shall have two years or more experience with using online workflow and tracking systems, such as Smartsheet.
4 The project manager shall have two years of professional experience in operations and planning of strategic initiatives with strong verbal and written communication skills that are audience focused. They shall also have strong attention to detail and a desire to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
5 The project manager shall have two years of professional experience in leading strategic initiatives, including conducting in stakeholder engagement activities such as designing and facilitating feedback sessions, managing listening tours,survey creation and analysis, and empathy interviews.
6 The project manager shall have a bachelor's degree or master’s degree in education, finance, public policy, communications, business, or a related field.
