As we open the second location for our successful luxury furniture showroom in downtown Chicago, we are focused on locating a manager with prior successful experience in the furniture industry and luxury design components.
RESPONSIBILITY: Drive Revenue Growth
You are 100% responsible for driving the growth of revenue and profitability.
Your resume should illustrate comprehensive experience within the criteria listed below:
● Manage a Team – Work with the sales design team in the showroom and on home visits with the mission of polishing sales techniques and the ability to design spaces
● HR and Development – Review, coach, and set schedules; accountability coaching, troubleshooting client projects, and mentoring along the way
● Active Management of P&L Statements – Work with leadership on strategy for comprehensive profitability
REQUIREMENTS
● 5+ years of furniture industry experience and/or showroom design elements of luxury quality
● Documented success in managing a team in a showroom-based environment
● Ability to motivate a team and coach them to drive sales and achieve their full potential
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
● Expert level with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with design-based software

● Base salary starting at $75K plus bonus based on overall gross revenue targeting a $10mm store size (Targeted earnings in first 24 months: $100k+)
