Job Description:
- Must have over a year of experience in customer service, inbound call handling, MS Office, and Data entry skills.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Additional Note:
- This is an eighteen-hour operation call centre which starts at 6:00 am and ends at 12:00 am seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. Should be willing to work anytime in this timeframe, any eight-hour shift within this timeframe, based on the needs of the Department.
- The duration of the assignment is between three and six months. This could go longer based on a good performance.
