We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionust to join our team and manage all front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Verify insurance benefits.
• Present and schedule treatment plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
