Salary: Depending On Experience (DOE)

This position oversees all lodging room subjects for the hotel related to front line guest service while providing either direct or consultative supervision in subject areas such as pricing, inventory, complimentary offerings, and day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other management team members to ensure revenue and profitability growth for the enterprise, while executing specific job responsibilities in pursuit of those outcomes.
• Ensures full coordination between functional teams such as maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk as it relates to room availability, location and condition.
• Manages all scheduling for guest service departments including front desk, concierge, and hotel valet/bellmen.
• Works with Revenue Audit to maintain clean bank drops and accurate paperwork.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises multiple staff members, and influences many others at multiple levels of the enterprise. Carries out supervisory responsibilities.

Skills/ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business/management/hospitality preferred.
• Three (3) years of hotel supervisory or management experience required.
• Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment and must agree to maintain a drug free workplace.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
