Who Are We Looking For?

We are currently seeking an individual who loves streamlining communications and developing training programs to support our Project Management team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, budgets, and reporting, as well as facilitating communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders. They will own the designing and development of high-quality training programs for our employees.

Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project team members.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments to ensure project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project team meetings and provide updates on project status and issues.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids, using authoring tools and multimedia software.
  • Deliver training programs through various channels, such as instructor-led training, virtual training, and self-paced e-learning courses.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure that training materials are up to date and accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in either:
    • Project management or PMO coordination
    • Training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment.
  • Some travel between sites required.
