Job Summary:


The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning and managing product strategy and delivery for new products and features from ideation through release. This includes working with internal stakeholders to guide product strategy, establish clear product priorities, clearly define product requirements, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager should have a deep understanding of the user's needs and ensure that all new products or features are rooted in a superior user experience.


  • Product Strategy. Assist with crafting and communicating a long-term strategic plan for product lines and partner closely with product design and engineering teams to align business objectives with technology and design solutions. Ensure KPIs and success metrics are defined, tracked, and measured for products.
  • Product Prioritization. Collaborate with the Broadnet team to identify and prioritize new features or product enhancements that drive business impact. Responsible for creating transparency on development priorities and maintaining the Product Roadmap.
  • Product Definition. Guide the transition of ideas and customer problems into clearly defined product requirements ready for development. Work with cross-functional teams to clearly define the issue or business objective and work in partnership with engineering and UX design to determine the best technical solution to solve it.
  • Establish alignment between business stakeholders, senior leadership, and the engineering development team on product definition and prioritization. Create transparency, identify risks, and escalate critical product decisions and information to necessary stakeholders when needed. Serve as the main point-of-contact for product questions, clarification, or status and provide regular updates that help people understand how new features will impact them.
  • Product Insights. Become a subject matter expert on the product, platform, and industry trends in the marketplace. Gain a deep understanding of customer motivations, problems, journeys, and usage patterns. Collect and analyze client feedback on new product features and analyze product release results for further optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of overall Product experience and at least 2 years as a Product Manager or related experience in a software development environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience managing product and feature initiatives through the full product lifecycle.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer and business impact.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Product Management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized.
  • Effective in managing a cross-functional group of engineers, operations, product, and leadership teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust the style of communication and content according to the audience.
  • The ideal candidate is both customer focused and technically inclined. They should be capable of balancing business needs while still understanding and working with complex software systems.
  • Experience using JIRA/Atlassian tools is a plus.

  • Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience
  • Status: Full-Time Exempt
  • Reports to VP of Operations
