An established foreign food manufacturer expands business in the United States and is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator bilingual in English & Mandarin to join our team. The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the process from order receipt to order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and monitoring smooth order fulfillment.

This position will work closely with various departments within the company including sales, production, and warehouse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data analysis, highly attentive to details, customer-focused, and passionate about engaging with team members daily. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the frozen food industry.

Job Details

Major Responsibilities:

Enter new sales orders and update existing orders on Quickbooks
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Monitor order progress and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding any delays or issues
Collaborate with the sales / customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving order-related issues
Maintain accurate records of order processing and inventory management
Provide regular reports on order fulfillment performance to management
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary to optimize order fulfillment efficiency
Assist and support the manager in various projects
Handle consumer requests and inquiries
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role
Experience using Quickbooks or other inventory management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Apps (analytics) and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in Mandarin (preferred)
